Butternut stuffed with bacon
150g of bacon
1 cup of 30% cream
1 clove of garlic
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 goat cheese
3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
1 frying pan
1 - Put the bacon with a little oil in the pan.
2 - Add the diced pumpkin center and a little cumin and finely chopped garlic.
3 - Then add the goat cheese and brown everything while stirring gently.
4 - After about 1 min. When the water evaporates, stuff our pumpkin halves with the mass, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with a little breadcrumbs.
5 - Put in the oven at 180 degrees for about 60 minutes.
